That’s a great success. But then Fra Angelico gives you something to work with, doesn’t he, lovely details and drapes…
And a Happy and holy Christmas to you and yours!
Yes, Rachel. Now I must work on getting the mouth less voluptuous and more angelic.
I love your hand embroidered card! Wishing you and yours a very Happy Christmas!
Thank you Elaine. I hope you had a wonderful time.
A very happy Christmas Day, Mary. Thank you for sharing your superb creativity across many spheres which I’m certain gives so much pleasure throughout the year to many of your followers.
I’ve started another pair of socks for Terry in one of Kaffe Fassett’s lovely self-striping yarns so no worries about sewing in those ends!
What a lovely Christmas present of comment, Penny. Thank you for sticking with me and following the blog.
I often read, rarely comment but had to say that is lovely. Happy belated Christmas.
Great to hear all of that – your comment warmly received.
I am so impressed by the Angel Gabriel that I intend to start my embroidery next year. I abandoned it for knitting but I find embroidery more soothing.
Hope you and your family have a wonderful 2016! Best Wishes, Jane
As you may have gathered I’ve come to knitting late on and I have to say I now love both. although knitting now seems to suit winter evenings more as I feel I embroider best in daylight. So, with the days starting to get longer, I would say now is a good time to pick up your embroidery needle. Happy sewing and living for 2016, Jane.
What a beautiful, unique christmas card x
Glad you like it. Thank you, Penny.
Beautiful image, just beautiful – so serene and peaceful….
Thank you, Lydia.
